SQL Code for Customer Discounts (Including modifiers)

Hi,

 I am trying to write a query that will pull data for a customer discounts for a specific customer.  Does anyone have code they could offer that would pull back the max discount for all items for a particular customer.  

In other words, i'd like to view the "Big picture" of a customers pricing setup.
