Questions on Downstream IE with 2 Node rac as Source

I have successfully tested Downstream IE with both source & downstream as Standalone databases.

Now I need to setup REal Time Downstream IE for a 2 Node RAC Database as Source .
I tried to configure Downstream Setup on standalone database for a 2 Node RAC source database .

Main issue I found in my configuration is that:
Standby logs are not going to active state from unassigned state.
 My questions are:
1) DO we need a 2 Node RAC on Downstream site for 2 Node RAC Source Site ?

I have already checked Doc ID 753158.1,1485620.1,274456.1,
but it did not help me .
