Enhancement Request 17033951 - SUSPEND OR HOLD RETAINAGE

 <Q>  Contract Billing contracts set up to withhold retainage, within the Contract Billing module, can require immediate suspension of retainage prior to the completion of the job or project. Currently, any attempts to suspend retainage by removing the retainage rule, results in negative retainage being calculated.  Does the Contract Billing module include the ability to suspend or cancel retainage prior to the completion of the job or project?
