Enable and Active Aert Monitoring Rule of Ops Center on Solaris 10

Dear All Experts,
I have added a asset (T2000) both ALOM and OS, but some rules in ops center has not active (no) like power supply monitor, fan tray monitor, ...so i want to them become active (yes).

Please kindly give advice for this.
