ologgerd OS process consuming high CPU on both RAC nodes

Hi Guys!you help is required, i m running Oracle 11g grid infrastructure RAC (2 physical nodes) RHEL 5.5 with ASM configurations.
today morning, we faced some power issues in our data center, due to which our SAN storage and all RAC nodes were shutdown.
after power is restored, i started my RAC services were restarted automatically, when servers started.

all RAC services are running fine with database on both nodes, but ologgerd OS process is continuously getting high CPU on both nodes and it is on top most session with high CPU usage.
following is the CRF parameter file from both nodes
