failed to retrieve jdebug log from server manager
Hi, can somebody guide me on how to fix this error? When in server manager's managed instance, the enterprise server 's agent status is offline. So, i can't retrieve the jde debug. any guide?
2nd question, can i raise SR to Oracle without providing the jde debug log.. But i did able to retrieve the html log...
