How can shipment consolidation can be avoided

Hi

I have a following scenario-

Made a sales order with different items  or same  item  with multiple detail lines , Same Carrier for all the  item lines , Same pick date as well.  How unique shipment can be ensured here for each product line and the same to exist even on integration with advance transporation without getting consolidated.
