Fan status missing on oakcli output

Hello,

The following is the fan status under okicki command output on ODA X3-2.

DEBUG: validateFanStatus: checking the cooling unit of the system
RESULT: Cooling Unit FM0 fan speed F0=4400 RPM F1=4000 RPM
RESULT: Cooling Unit FM1 fan speed F0=4400 RPM F1=3900 RPM
SUCCESS: Both the cooling unit are present

The server node has 4x4 fans (4 fan modules, 4 fan each module).
But the above oakcli output displayed 2x2 fans.
Why does the oakcli output display 2x2 fans?
Could you advice?
