API to pass flexfield qualifiers while creating code combinations records

Hi,
I am using fnd_flex_ext.get_ccid to validate and create records for flex-field segment combinations. Wanted to know if we have any API to pass flex-field qualifiers as well while calling similar API or other alternate?
