Absence Management Module
Currently all staff are entitled to 20days working leave every year. If for example in 2012, a staff has 20 working days, he then used up only 10days in 2012, it means he has 10 more days outstanding plus 20 days for the year 2013. This gives him a total of 30 days leave. If he takes the carry over leave (10days) before the end of the first quarter in 2013, then he has 20 days from after the first quarter, if he doesnt take the 10 days outstanding balance by the end of first quarter, the system should automatically
