How to Update the Asset Cost for Interest Capitalization, provisions etc in R12.1.3

Hi,

How to incorporate the additions to the already existing Assets with respect to Interest Capitalizations, Provisions and other Costs which require upgrade or update of the asset cost.and these costs are not routed throgh AP module and may be direct?
