R12.1.3 : Recommended patch level for eBS 12.1.3

Hi,

We are currently re-implementing eBS, switching from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 at same time.

Our current test environments are running under the versions specified below.

- Payables:14273383:R12.AP.B
- iExpenses:14098047:R12.OIE.B 
- Cash Management: 14374740:R12.CE.B 
- Fixed Assets: 16245677:R12.FA.B
- Project: 14162290
- Procurement: 14254641 
- BIA 7963
- OBI 11.1.1.6.x

Considering we are targetting a launch in Q1 2014, what is the patch level you would recommend for each module?
