Entering setup charges in price lists

We store our suppliers' pricing in the price lists so that they can be pulled into quotations and sales orders.  Sometimes suppliers will have a fixed setup charge in addition to their unit cost for an item, e.g. item ABCD is $5 each plus a $100 setup charge everytime we order it.  We can store the unit price in the price lists easily enough, but how/where do we put the setup charge?  We are on 11.5.10.2 and are new to advanced pricing, so any guides or step-by-step instuctions would be appreciated.
