Startup database error

Hi, I'm traing to start a database in an ORACLE 11g RAC, and when doing so, I obtain the following error and the database could not be opened.
C:\Users\oracle>srvctl start database -d dbrman
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.dbrman.db
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.dbrman.db start" encountered the following error:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
Process ID: 9988
Session ID: 38 Serial number: 3


CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.dbrman.db' on 'db1' failed
CRS-2632: There are no more servers to try to place resource 'ora.dbrman.db' on that would satisfy its placement policy
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.dbrman.db start" encountered the following error:
