Record Stuck in "PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL"

Hi Experts

We came across against one issue where record is stuck in "PO_REQUISITIONs_INTERFACE_ALL" table and same record we can see it "PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS" with an Error message like Buyer is not set.

We set user as Buyer.... now How do we process such stuck records in from table ""PO_REQUISITIONs_INTERFACE_ALL".

Do we need to run Requisition Import request again?

If any record stuck in "PO_REQUISITIONs_INTERFACE_ALL"...how we can reprocess them in general.
