Patch 15903830:R12.AP.A - Fails Processing ibyupgpp.ldt and ibytmppp.ldt

Hi,
Patch 15903830 is failing due to the below -


FAILED: file ibyupgpp.ldt on worker  1.
FAILED: file ibytmppp.ldt on worker  2.

I have attached the patch logfile, worker logfile and ldt logfile.

It was recommended we apply patch 15903830 by Oracle Support.
