Can I add column "UOM" for Item Field LOV in Purchase Order Summary Form?

 Hi,
Oracle Applications : 12.1.1
Form:  Purchase Order Summary Form ( POXPOEPO.fmb )
Block : PO_LINES
Item: ITEM_NUMBER 

List Of values (LOV) for Field "Item" ( Item name : PO_LINES.ITEM_NUMBER ) shows 2 columns.
  1. Item
  2. Description

Is it possible to add third column "UOM" in the same LOV? Please find attached the screenshot.

Is it feasible by Form Personlization??
