Unable to attach menu to the responsibility

Hi All,

We are trying to create a new purchasing responsibility in the responsibility screen, but unable to attach the menu required to be attached to this responsibility.

I have checked this Menu definition in the Menu window, nothing seems to be wrong, but still this menu is not appearing in the list of values while defining responsibility.

Could you please let me know what could be the issue, unable to identify it.
