Database Clone Error

 I am trying to use the clone functionality of OEM 12c for the first time and am hitting an issue.
When I go through the wizard using the Online RMAN clone option I receive this error message during the "Transfer Initialization Files via HTTP Step:
Uncaught exception in command fileTransfer: unable to instantiate value javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@3cb98812 for attribute actualException
I can assume this is due to some sort of firewall rule, but I can't find any documentation to help remedy my problem.  If anyone has any insight that might help I would greatly appreciate it.  

Also, if there is a way to transfer these files using ssh, like when installing new agents, I could do it that way since I know that transfer method works.
