Mouse does not work when using EB Suite

 I have a user that is have a very peculiar issue.  When she logs into Oracle EBS and starts working her mouse stops, she has to log out and log back in for it to work and withing 5 - 10 mins it stops working again.  If she is not logged into oracle her mouse works fine.  If she uses another computer its the same result.
I have no clue how to resolve this, i am thinking of creating a new user profile for her.  Has anyone ever had this happen?
