Automated Testing Tools and Processes?

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi.  I am a business analyst supporting Oracle EBS HR & Payroll and sometimes Service Contracts.  I notice I spend a high percentage of my time creating test data (in non-production instances of course) to validate patches and customizations.  I am wondering if anyone has an automated test approah or tool that they use that works well with EBS.
