Webpage URL Attachment Security

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
 Hi,
We have a requirement where we have some pdf files are located on a remote server and we are using "Web Page" file type in Oracle attachment form and giving URL of the location.  When a end user clicks on open document on attachment form than URL is opening up as expected. But we have an issue that we want to hide/encrypt the URL from end user because of security.  We have concealed URL on oracle attachment form but when user click on open attachment than new window opens which has absolute URL path, which is a issue with us.
