Column headings missing after 20 columns in FSG

Column headings are missing after 20 columns in FSG.  I know the column builder stops after 20 columns.  And I tried to add it in at the column heading screen but the width didn't move so it just moved all my column headings wrapping them around to the next line.  We have report manager and can create templates.
