Transaction Date Vs GL Date

 Hello All,

We are planning for system Go-Live on Sep 30th and we will have Sep-13 period closed by Sep 28th. So when we Go-Live on Sep 30th we will have only OCT-2013 as GL open period.  So any AR transactions we do  on Sep 30th will have transactions with Transaction date as "30-Sep-13" and GL date as "01-Oct-13", so is there way to change the transaction date to 01-Oct-13"? if not will there be any effect on reporting with different transaction date vs GL date.
