Scheduled job to resubmit stuck transactions

We occasionally get transactions stuck in the material transaction interface.  The users get alerts regarding these transactions and fix the problems.  After the problem is fixed we have to manually resubmit all the transactions stuck in the interface. Is there a job that can be scheduled to do this on a regular basis?
