Non-SSL SISNAPI encryption with Strong Encryption Pack.

8.1.1.9 implementation requires non-SSL SISNAPI encryption because of the requirement to support Remote users and there are not enough servers to isolate the Remote components on a separate server.
Some previous versions of Siebel did not support non-SSL SISNAPI encryption levels available in the Strong Encryption Pack.

Would like to achieve the 256-bit AES level, is this possible in 8.1.1.9?
