12c agent frequently restarts

 Hello All,
    We have Oracle 12c for the database monitoring which was up and running fine till the other day. But ever since we have installed an agent on one of the target servers , the agent on the OMS server is frequently re-starting leaving the all the targets in the OEM console in "UNKNOWN" state. 

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
The agent running on the OMS server frequently restarts since 2 days. There has been no change in the system except for adding few targets

Error Codes
---------------------------------------------------
Exited loop retryCount=81, EmctlLogAvailabilityMarker Operation=start Diag=3 , AgentStatus.pm:emdctl status returned 1
