OTL: How to edit groups in time keepers section?

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

Our HR people just asked me a question that I am not sure how to answer. She wants to know how to edit groups in the time keepers section. This has caused a major issue with payroll by not being able to do this. Gurus, could you please advise? Thank you very much.
