We get the following error when we create a discrete job for item AL-74260:

APP-BOM-20516 Item AL-74260 has no valid revision on 26-AUG-13

Cause: On 26-AUG-13, your item has no valid revision

Action: Define a revision for your item on 26-AUG-13

Please refer to the attached navigation path and screenthots.

The issue only occurs for this item. The item has two revisions:  AA and 1;

Revision AA Effective and Implementation Date is 30-JUL-2013

Revision 1 Effective and Implementation Date is 16-MAY-2012
