How to create an outq and where do I go and attach it to a version

 I need to create an outq on JDE and attach it to a an invoice version so all my invoices go to this outq, we will then grab these and use them with transform software to create an overlay.  When I look at a verion I do not see an option to change the outq like it is in world by taking an option 6 next to the version. What needs to be done.Thanks
