Compilation with severity 20 in P060101 in world release A9.3.1 onwards

From A9.3.1 world release onwards, when recompile P060101,  get Error Level 20.  

The error is *RNF0503 20      1 Length of numeric item is greater than 63 digits; defaults 63.

======> aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa                                                      
*RNF0503 20 a      002300+ Length of numeric item @NN is greater than 63 digit
                          defaults to 63.  

The solution to this the following:
Please go to fastpath SVR. Inquire on the program P060101.
Change the severity level to 20 and try to recompile again.
