Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SR log and Notes

We are on 12.1.3 and have a need to calculate the transition time stamp from One SR status to SR Another status.

This time stamp gets saved in Log and Notes and im looking for the Table name .

Could you please provide this details?
