Pricing phase is read only and not able to change in

Hi,

  We are integrating the advance pricing with Purchasing, the following profiles are set for the Procurement

QP: Source System Code
QP: Pricing Transaction Entity
QP: Pricing Perspective Request Type
QP: Licensed for Product

  Trying to set the modifer for line level, the Pricing Phase i am not able to change. It is displaying as read only and defaults to 'List Line Adjustement'.

Any Pointers to solve this issue
