unzip error

Hi,

unzip the July critical patch in Solaris 10 with the following message (this file has been used in other servers and unzip without error):

error:  expected central file header signature not found (file #183369).
  (please check that you have transferred or created the zipfile in the
  appropriate BINARY mode and that you have compiled UnZip properly)

Did some search and found https://blogs.oracle.com/patch/entry/need_unzip_fix_available_in

but the patch in my server is 119254-70 that is higher than the recommended, can anyone advise? In addition, is it possible to output the unzip to a file?
