Trouble having apply the NLS patch

 Hi All


I have received the Media from Oracle. for ZHS language

Followed the steps as mentioned in the (Doc ID 316804.1) ( section 4.2 Installing Translations Using AutoPatch) to apply the translation patch for simplified chinese (ZHS)

When attempting to apply Patch for Translations Using Rapid Install the following error occurs.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file BISPMFLD_AR.ldt on worker 1.
FAILED: file BISPMFLD_GL.ldt on worker 2.
FAILED: file BISPMFLD_BIS.ldt on worker 3.
FAILED: file BISPMFLD_BOM.ldt on worker 4.


We do not use BIS ,, though its installed,, as a workaround we updated the column with 'S' in the table FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONS.
