"Invalid value for the column TERMINATION_REASON"

Problem Description---------------------------------------------------
when i am trying to extend the Service contract for one more year when do i click on "Extend" Button --> Caution popups saying that " "Invalid value for the column TERMINATION_REASON. (1/2)" when i click OK, one more pop ups
" Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered
Error code - 1
Error message - User-Defined-Exception

Action: Contact your system administrator. (2/2)"

Please do the need full help.
