Where are Entity Relationship Diagrams of General Accounting Tables?

Where are Entity Relationship Diagrams for General Accounting Tables?  I need something that shows the tables; fields; key fields; index fields; relationship to other tables; etc...

Creating a copy of JDE files in Teradata to feed Essbase.

Architecture needs Entity Relationship Diagrams of key General Accounting tables.

I thought they were somewhere in the JDE doucmentation, but it's been over 5 years since I have looked for something like that.
