Can we purge FND_DOC_SEQUENCE_AUDIT table

Hi All
We have 15243864 number of records in table FND_DOC_SEQUENCE_AUDIT.
Is it possible to truncate the table or delete the records based on some condition? What is the use of this table? Is there any standard purge method avaliable?
