Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Java requirement for OASM 1.5.0 at Linux X64 platform

Hi,
I have tried to install OASM 1.5.0 (Linux x64 version) to OEL.

I have setup the java environment correctly using jdk-7u25-linux-x64.tar.gz (not rpm version).

However, when I install the OASM, it prompts that the java requirement is > 1.7 but I am sure that the java path was setup correctly.

Is it a new requirement of using rpm version of java instead of bin version of java?
