Calculating DBA's for multiple union groups

We have employees who are working in two different unions in a given week and we would like the DBA's related to each union specific to the hours to calculate and we seem to be having issues.

Example -Union Group A has DBA 1234 set up at the Group plan level for 1.5*hours, Union Group B has DBA set up at EE DBA level for 2.25*hours.  Hours were entered as 20 hours for each union.  I would have expected to see a total benefit amount of 75 = ((20*1.5=30)+(20*2.25=45), but instead, the total amount is 90, which is the 40 hours *2.25.  Group Plan B is the employees home union group and it appears to only be picking up those hours.
