Capacity Plan - CPU - Memory

Hi gurús, 
Do you know any technical article about "Capacity Plan" or CPU's consume + Memory consume of Oracle dedicated connections + instance connections on HP-UX.  

I need to know the average of memory consumption per user connection, the memory consuption for the entire instance and CPU consuption. I have Cloud Control 12c, but I have not found this information.
