Raise error in Concurrent program and then rollback and abort the program

 HI :

I am creating a new concurrent program using PL/SQL.  What is the EBS standard way to raise error, then rollback then abort the concurrnt program.  You know I am not asking how to code EXCEPTION.   Any example will be appreciation
