Specify locator on work order material request

I have a stocked part which has quantity on hand avalaible in multiple locators.

I need to specify which locator to pull the material from on the work order, otherwise the system issue QOH from the wrong location.

Right now, I can enter in the part number and the subinventory, but when i go to enter the locator, it is blank (no LOV).  --- this is in html/oaf only.

If I save the record, I can then go put in the locator, and the LOV works correctly, but the material has already then been requested from the incorrect locator.
