Adding Contracts to Quick FIND in iSupport

 The iSupport home page has the "QUICK FIND" functionality that allows users to search by Item Instance, Serial number , Solutions, Library, Service Requests, etc.
Is it possible to add CONTRACTS as a field to QUICK FIND.  I tried different setups in  

CRM HTML ADMINISTRATION > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > ADVANCED

but don't see anything.  I am sure there is more to it then just adding some attribute line. There has to be code behind to search and return the value.


The business requirement from customer is to first search for entitlement on home page > Quick Find in iSupport and for the displayed contract  in the entitlement page  , have a button on the page for "Create Service Request " that takes the user to create service request page in the iSupport application..  Does any one have a suggestion on how to accomplish this requirement in iSupport from Home Page / Quick Find screen.
