How to configure the Customer 360 degree view in Oracle field sales

 Hi Gurus,

My customer is licensed to oracle filed sales currently we are into 11.10.5.2 version. I want know pre-requisites to configure the "customer 360 degree view" in field sales also please share the setup steps.
