Issues With Email Delivery
Hi,
The problem we are facing is that some e-mails are not being sent to a few suppliers. The issue is intermittent; i.e. sometimes the supplier receives the e-mail while at other times they claim not to have received it.
It would be great if a solution or a course of investigation could be provided.
Also, if there is no action the support team can take, is there a way of identifying such delivery failures? For example, a notification could be sent alerting us of the failure.
