Pament cleared but Un-accounted

 Hi Support,
                    I have a Issue with Payment, where Payment status is cleared but Unaccounted. Am unable to account the payment. I even applied the Patch-14010627 as per Note id-1144544.1 but still i didnt found my traansaction in select script html file. Please check the attached AP List along with GDF. Please advise.
