Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Service Request: How to Default the Owner To the Resource Who Creates The SR?

in 11i , after imported employee into Resources Group , then should able to find the user name in System Profile :

Profile Name : Service : Default Service Request Owner

User Level : should be able to choose the new added employee name from the LOV in 11i , however in R12 the new added name not in the list

Is any other setting I had missed ?
