how to resolve ouptput post processing errror when running a concurrent request in EBS

hii,

I deploy oracle EBS 12.1.3 on solaris spac 10 . But when you submit a request it usually takes a long time and end up with completed with error. i have clean the concurrent using the cmclear.sql scripts and also increase the output thime out . But am still experience the same Error.

Can anybody help with a solution to these issues.
