FRM-40212: Invalid value for field REQ_NUM on Requisition Summary Screen in EBS 11i

I am not able to find some requisition on Requisition Summary Screen but they are available in DB table and can be seen in PO requisition header and line table in Approved status.

 These requisition are very old of 2010 but i am able to find other requisition of similar period only some are not visible.

Could you please advice what could be the reason?
